Only the data you send us through the quote form, by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, contact details, trip details and any notes. Please do not send health data: for accessibility needs, simply tell us you need a vehicle with a lift.
Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). If you book a service with us, the data is also used to perform the contract and meet tax obligations.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for [DA FORNIRE]. Data linked to a completed service is kept for the period required by tax law.
Who processes data on our behalf
Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and aggregate statistics); Web3Forms (forwarding of form messages); our email provider. This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies, which is why there is no consent banner. Visit statistics are collected in aggregate form with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own domain.
